What do we Offer?

Everything comes together to rebuild websites,
efficiently with goal orientation.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

CRO is an ongoing 'campaign'. Constantly monitoring analytics, and testing different alternatives with A/B testing is crucial for success.

UX/UI Design

Fun fact - as an agency, we started off with packaging design & branding. This taught us some major lessons in User Experience in the real, physical world. Applying this through to the digital space was a walk in the park. On top of that, now we have the bonus of absolutely kicking it out of the park visually as brand designers.

Webflow Development

If you're not familiar, Webflow is a no-code website builder. Unlike what you get on WordPress and other builders, everything we build in Webflow visually, directly corresponds to clean code. This allows for basically limitless possibilities and infinite testing opportunities for CRO as well as lightning speed loading times.

how do we do it?

1

Refreshed Design

How can a new design bring fresh customers?

Website design has been washed down with templates, and stock graphics. Customers are used to certain patterns and layouts. We design your website from scratch. It is unique to you, your content, and your brand.
We call this pattern distruption.

2

Live Interactions

How do live interactions help me get more customers?

User experience is key, and you’ve heard this a million times. But it's interactions and animations that bring this onto a new level. Positive feelings and associations make people take action.

3

CTA Focus

Call to actions - a practical view:

Websites struggle with this! You don’t need any pro to help you with optimizing your CTA’s. Simply focus on one CTA, and use it at the start, middle and end of the page. Don’t distract users with low profit CTA’s. That is how we make focused CTA’s.

4

Adjusted Messaging

Copy on your site might be more important than visuals:

Avoid using “we” if you can, and be a guide to your customers rather than a pearcher.
Customer centric messaging should also have easy to understand features and benefits if you want to win.

5

Speed Optimisation

Technical Jargon incoming!

We optimize your image size, first through web export and then in TinyPNG. We make sure to use SVG’s for any vector graphics. For your hosting, there is a CDN, and caching for returning users.

6

GA Event Tacking

We track your results to make better decisions!

Google analytics is the most reliable tracking tool. We set-up events in Google Tag Manager, along with Facebook Pixel, and track conversion rates using goals.

The Most Burning questions We Get

Can you do the UX Design without the development?

Yes, we can absolutely do UX design without development.

Development is responsible for taking the UX designs and turning them into a reality, while UX design is focused on crafting an optimal user experience and visual design.

However, it's important to have good communication between the two teams so that everyone is on the same page in regard to what's possible and what isn't.

Otherwise, we may run into frustration from team members who feel like their work is being blocked by unrealistic designs or from designers who feel like their work isn't being realized in the way they intended.

We have development experience, so we know what is possible. However, if you are looking to hire us for UX design, and work with another agency on development, we will need good communication and project management.

Why Webflow?

We’ve built sites on Shopify, WordPress, Wix and many other CMS tools. However, none of them give our customers, the kind of design, customisation and content control that's needed.

With Webflow, we can be agile.

We’re able to build exactly what is envisioned, and make improvements on design, copy and animation to any extent we require - and quickly. We are in control, and we know what steps to take to make you Successful.

What Kind of Results can I expect?

We can guarantee most of our customers at least a 20% increase in conversions. If we think we cannot deliver that, we will be up front about it.

Any well-optimized website should see a conversion rate increase of at least 20%. However, the potential for conversion rate improvement will vary depending on the current state of your website and how much effort you put into CRO.

There are a number of factors that can affect your website's conversion rate, so it's important to approach CRO with a strategic and comprehensive plan. From conducting user research to improving site design and copy, there are many ways to improve your website's conversion rate. User research is a crucial first step in any CRO initiative. And this is where we strive at.

What do you track to ensure success?

When it comes to conversion rate optimization (CRO), there are a number of things you can track in order to ensure success. For example, we typically track events like added to cart, purchases, forms filled, phone calls, visit and heatmap activity.

This helps us identify where people are getting stuck on our website, or which pages are not converting as well as they could be.
By tracking this data, we can then make changes to our website that will lead to increased conversions. It's important to note that CRO is an ongoing process, and you should always be testing new ideas in order to see what works best for your business - every sitaution, customer and industry is different.

What’s a typical conversion rate?

The typical conversion rate varies depending on the industry. However, the average is usually between 2-3%. For example, in the ecommerce world, a common benchmark is a 2% conversion rate. This means that for every 100 visitors to your site, 2 of them will make a purchase.

In cases where you count a conversion for actions taken (Like newsletter sign up, phone call made or form filled out), you should be getting 3-4% conversion rates.

However, average should not define what is acceptable. We believe, it is always possible to implement something somewhere that will give you that extra 20% at the least.
